Rove follows only one law - do not get caught. That is how he can get away with something as insidious as the Swiftvets, which was a total hoax he and his cronies created. Rove's #1 priority was to cover his tracks. Although he left crony Ben Ginsberg as their attorney and several PR assictaes helping them. Perry Homes was the chief funder, a far rightwing developer who is very close to Delay and Rove. BTW, Ginsberg is on record saying we shouldn't have a democracy in the US. That was honest of him. Rove agrees. Rove believes in a rightwing dictatorship. But he's twisted. Maybe because he was raised by a gay man and is a closet case himself.
