XM had no choice in the matter. Sirius had just gotten NFL and without MLB XM would have had no sports credibility at all.

Ahhh!! You see.. It's all up to Rayian Logik™. XM HAD TO do a bad deal, because SIRI did a bad deal.. Yet, SIRI didn't have to sign a marquee "shock jock" because XM signed Opie & Anthony or who ever they are.

While the NFL makes a great promotional partner, the reality is that MLB makes better content.

Now, if I am not mistaken. SIRI actually produces their own content for NFL, while as you have claimed that XM simply snags a feed from the local MLB team feed.

In one case you have complete creative control over the content, while in the other mode, you have no creative control.. Yet, somehow, Mr. Ray has determined that XM's MLB tag along feeds that provide no standardization for content presentation is somehow a "premium product" as compared to SIRI's "custom creatiion" NFL Feeds.

LOL! This guy presents so much of his OPINIONS as being FACT that it is near criminal.

And so it goes,
