Canadian Was Falsely Accused, Panel Says
After Tip From Ally, U.S. Sent Muslim to Syria for Questioning

Yes the reaction of Canada's Liberal Government was anything but reassuring. Mr Arar was only one of many accused with no knowledge of being accused, no chance to face their accusers and never knowing that travel abroad could subject them to action by US authorities based only on suspicions of the RCMP. There are still men who were imprisoned in Canada and who have never been charged or told why they were imprisoned, with no bail, no charges and no rights. All a legacy from Jean Chretien and the Liberal Party of Canada. Hopefully the Conservatives will work to find out what ever was going on in the minds of the Liberal Party when they allowed this.

Thanks for pointing this out Chris....
