Management has always been thrifty with the sharepaper, look at the history, it's one of the first things that attracted me to look further into the play ... when they dilute there's a reason, they're adding to net value of the company at a rate faster than share production ... this is absolutely not an Howe Street paper machine, imho Takes a lot of money to build a mine, not that much compared to gross metal value, but still sizable figures when expressed in tacos 'n beer ... and i think they should have the flexibility to go it alone, and not sit there waiting for an attractive JV partner or takeout ... improves the bargaining position
