Yep. It supports dual monitors, though you do need a mini-DVI to whatever adapter.

My ex will be using the iMac's screen for her artwork, by the way. Though the Mistubishi CRT she had was a high end model (with a Trinitron tube), next to the iMac it looks washed out. It will be relegated to menus and e-mail.
