They should give him that award. Then again we had the guy who robbed a gas station 10 years ago. He knew the cashier and shot him. Then he moved to Kentucky and then to Tampa. Bragged about it in both places. Now his drinking buddies in both places get nailed for this and that and to cut a deal they have information on a murder in Illinois. They pick him up and how did you know he was shot twice in the chest and once in the head with a Colt .38. Number of shots, caliber and type of gun and where he was shot was never made public. Now serving life.
