Then it is time to announce that we will either fight for 30 months and leave, or we can build roads and buildings and schools for 30 months. But on the 1st day of the 31st month we will be gone, and there will be no more help, no aid, nothing more. If the fighting stops every day can be used to build or your future, but 30 months from today we will be gone, use the time as you wish.
