Pms are putting in a major low that will not be seen for a couple of years IMO Oils may be be putting in a low as well. Off we go... Action today was very bullish. It was not a failure, it was another retest on even lower volume. Volume contracting plus bears blabber = moon launch I would not include BMs. General market is putting in a top.
