The Afghans who are fighting to free their country then have an absolute date the invaders are leaving. They have an offer to consider to help restore their homes and country, The government has a date where they will be taking over completely. Thus if they want to fight, they know what they are losing. If they stop fighting there is a definite gain. If they decide to continue to make war, we can always leave early, so what they have is choices. The right to choose is important.
