I think Hamoon is out of here, as he cannot think of any, and I mean ANY comeback on the closing comments regarding Tibet, since he is unwilling to vacate N.America :0)
Also, as he freely admitted, even while quibbling over the definition of civil war, and how it would or would not matter to overall strategy of WAT-WOT-whatnot, that (i) invasion it was, (ii) screwed up big time, (iii) with no graceful exit, and (iv) had something to do with oil, similar to Sudan.

"CHINA: The United States and China announced the creation of a new "strategic economic dialogue," in which both countries will grapple with the long-term issues arising from China's emergence as a leading economic power. The dialogue will be led by U.S. Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson and Wu Yi, the vice premier responsible for trade and foreign investment policy. Each government will establish an interagency group of top economic and foreign policy officials to support the strategic dialogue."
