As I said "at least in the way we are now". If we were there in a way that we are still in Germany, that would be a very different type of presence. I'm saying that I don't anticipate that same situation in Afghanistan in 10 years. Which doesn't mean I have a detailed guess as to exactly what conditions will be like.
