Itchy, CANADA doesn't "render" people to foreign countries to be tortured, WE DO. That's WHY Mr. Arar DOESN'T blame Canada for his being beaten with steel cables in a Syrian torture room - he blames the US for that. And he SUED the US for that - not Canada.
