Yes... well... California is a strange place, and attorneys are strange people. It's a wonder they didn't sue the citizens for driving instead of walking. Or maybe ticket anyone driving a vehicle that gets less than a hundred miles to the gallon. Perhaps fine anyone more than 20 pounds over weight as it takes more energy to move them from place to place.

Do you suppose the AG drives a 50 MPG puddle jumper, or a big gas hog?
