First, if we "think" they are al Qaeda then their situation should be reviewed. Second, you have no grasp of the the real situation at Gitmo. There is no evidence against the majority of the people that are held there.

And finally you are giving up on the base democratic principle on which this country was founded. People like you lead to people like Stalin. Give an inch the "government" will take a mile. They are already saying people that are against the war are helping the enemy. What's the next step up from that?

And you call yourself a libertarian. What a joke.
