you know this stuff better than me. There are three parts to the steppers: laser, lens, and stage. Lens are from several sources although they are difficult. Of all the quartz mine only two percent is good enough for steppers and only two percent of that is used after a nine month process. It takes three month to heat, three month to maintain the heat level and three months to cool. Only then can you make the lense. The lasers come from CYMER.

Yes, the stage. The part that moves the wafer through is made by either ASML, Canon, Nikon, ect.

Well my friends, ASMLF is KING when it comes to this part. That is why they are capturing market shares. They will continue to do so. The latest contract is just the beginning.

Again Komatso will compete but CYMER will rule.

My advise as NYC would say is figure out how you are going to buy more. Not worry about the fact the stock has dropped.

Remember this dumb analysis follow twenty or more stocks.
