local chain gasoline snack shops just drop gas twenty cents a gallon. reg in pa chester county.now $2.39

if we experience .20 drop there is some serious refinery problems ,, i expect terminals and refineries loaded with high cost gasoline and are dumping as lower crude is coming in. get rid of inventories at all cost to recover what you can vs lower and lower prices.

refineries may go a lot lower before bottoming imo.
