But some of Washington's policies have been so incredibly silly. The relationship with Cuba, should have been sorted 25 years ago. The whole Demographic of Florida has been changed because Jack Kennedy is mad at Fidel Castro. A Cuba with normalized relations with the US would be rich and probably Castro Free if the US hadn't made everything so difficult. Chavez thinks the US is plotting to overthrow him, look at the international mess that is creating. Why give aid to Venezuela, eventually the people will choose their government.
