Ichy, Didn't think I was whining - just explaining. Canada has no trouble trading with heinous regimes - I get that (the business is business argument). We apply our policies unevenly - trading with China, but not Cuba or Burma as examples. Your argument that engagement worked elsewhere and seems to be working in China has merit, but is still arguable. John
