Former presidential candidate Ralph Nader stops in the capital region. He took shots at Senator Hillary Clinton -- while at a joint news conference with Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins.

Nader and Hawkins spoke primarily on the Iraq War and challenged Senator Hillary Clinton to debate the U.S. Senate Candidate. But that seems unlikely, because Clinton refused to debate her democratic primary challenger Jonathan Tasini.

Nader drops in on Albany; blasts Clinton

Former presidential candidate Ralph Nader stops in the capital region. He took shots at Senator Hillary Clinton -- while at a joint news conference with Green Party candidate Howie Hawkins.

"Demand that she debate all qualified candidates for the U.S. Senate in New York State," Nader said.

"Without a real discussion and the voters knowing what all their choices are, not just the choices that have big money backing from big business, we don't really have a debate," Hawkins said.

At this time, Clinton's campaign hasn't officially agreed to debate her Republican Challenger John Spencer.
