Woodward's book made it impossible for Bush to use Bandar in 2004. It was exposed. Also, Bushies felt it was unnecessary. Prices then were not nearly as high as they were in the past few months. But this time with Bushies behind 10-14% in the polls, they desperately needed to erase the anger people have against Bush-Cheney knowing they are in bed with big oil and the Saudis. Therefore, it's logical they brought down prices.

What, you think 20% more supply suddenly appeared? lol
