I don't really see JOE as that static. The beta is above 1 and its trades about 1.3% of the float every day. I can't find any good news that would justify its recent rise other than a short squeeze. The airport thing on their donated land seems unimportant and that is many years off anyway.

I would just like to see it back where it was 2 weeks ago around 47. At that point, I would have at least a double and probably would cash out.

I really don't think they got smacked enough for the recent departure from homebuilding. They will now just peddle their land to builders and shift all the risk to them? I doubt that will be a viable business strategy.

The few remaining ACTIVE builders in FLA are in the driver's seat now and if their margins are declining and their risk is increasing, they will be driving very, very hard bargains with JOE. If JOE is carrying a lot of its land as worthless, they may find out it is.
