VGINF trading seems to have been locked in a power struggle today between the "haves" and "wants," apparently with a wide spread between bid and ask and no one willing to compromise. Thus, its volume of 20,200 shares traded today was < 1/40th of the ~800,000 shares traded yesterday. We may see who wins on Friday.
