Hi, I think someone posts here to identify what type of foam inserts are
to be avoided because of static electric charge build-ups.

Those hard white foams a t.v. is held in the box, for sure.

I'm clueless if the soft spongy type foam is ok or not.

Most likely any computer repair shop has lots of discarded foam they receive
electrical parts in to let you have for free.
