Prior to the deal with Wenzel the company had 20.5 million o/s shares.
The deal with Wenzel has not been completed and will not be completed without board and shareholder approval. Notes today show that the annual meeting is to be held on Nov 14/97. I am assuming that this is when the deal will be approved.

I still see an undervalued situation at this time
