A split would be both a possibilty and a way to put a kink into the earnings rise/fall game it plays. I would imagine they'd want it above 50 for a bit first though. Congrat's on your choice of employers! By your e-mail domain I thought you might be at the Boulder facilities they started in 85 but I learned you're coming out of California. Kind of places you anywhere in the organization.
