I'm not sure that you need a "no to" rule. That's the function of the ignore feature, which can be implemented by anyone who chooses not to read any other poster's posts, whether directed to them or not. As I've made clear before, I'm not a fan of that feature; however, it can fulfill the "no to" function much better than precluding a response altogether. That's rather like an unconstitutional prior restraint<g> Just my two centavos.
