Pardon me if I am off on some of this.....didnt we already get the unaudited numbers? and didnt they say the audited numbers would be signed off by today and sent to Edgar...as well as uplisting info.....
OK, now.......I dont mean to sound negative.......just getting some things clear here....we have Steve who is or has stepped down...we had a new ceo announced...or at least announced he was offered the job...the next day, we get news that a different guy will be ceo.....now, we have marquee, who is saying they too are leaving and dwight is buying marquee, but more then likely SLJB will not use Marquee for long and will switch......now, the new ceo, if I am correct...did he not just say that he too will be stepping down a little bit down the road??
No need to take this as negative, so dont get your pants in a wad, JM.......I am just trying to get the 'story straight', make sure I understand all the changes and to seek opinions as to whether all these many changes are a good thing or a red flag.....Personally, I can see it both ways..if they are truly growing as they claim and moving to naz, then many changes would be necessary...on the flip side......it almost sounds like a soaop opera with all the different people in different postions that are coming and going so fast, I cant keep up with all the names<g>....IF SLJB was going to be huge...why would anybody want to leave.....why would they not want to be a part of sljb in the future.....all the talk is that this thing has not even started to reach it's fair valuation and if this thing is really supposed to go up that much, wouldnt these people want to be part of it....why leave now or in the near future if we are looking at far high valuation and an otc or naz listing?
Lastly, what is the staus on the audited financials...I was under the impression we would get them no later then today..thanks to all for any opinions, and yes, I am long sljb...been long since it was lfwk at .002 and nobody was touching it.....But, just because I am long, does not mean I am going to look at only one side of the coin...when long I always want to look at both sides and tend to be a bit critical...if there is anything negative on something I am long in, I want to kick as many rocks over as I can to find out the negatives.
