(GCHR eMail): Dear Shareholders,

The drilling company on the first well we are drilling on the Noll Lease contacted our operator, Sabine Operating Services, this week. The driller anticipates being on site the latter part of next week. Fred Oden left yesterday to finish preparations in anticipation of the drill. We will keep you posted as more develops.

Also, we sold another tank of oil on the Lindley Lease. It should be reported in the September 30th audit.
