Mystified by the plunge in price, I have cast about for a "best fit" theory. I think the Hong Kong market, and the players there, may be putting money in, pulling it out, depending on conditions on that exchange. Heavy Taiwan influence in ISSI. I sent a "nasty" e-mail to IR@ISSIUSA.com (FWIW) asking why they are so silent. Response: more silence.

Cannot predict next support level..maybe 10.
