But there is a problem. What if you get another administration like we have now? One of the reasons why Iraq is such a quagmire is that people were hired to work for the CPA based on their connections and ideology. So we had people in charge over there who were trying to privatize the government owned industries, trying to institute a flat tax, trying to set up free enterprise zones, etc. instead of trying to get electricity, water, police and other infrastructure operational. Even the bureaucracy can be broken if you load it up with enough disfunctionals.
