Gem, let's not get wrapped around the axle on this. I think we all recognize "bannable" posts. When someone complains to you, that's when you can make the decision. As many times as I heard it during the recent hearings for the Supremes, I can't believe I forgot the term, but maybe setting some precedents would be the way to go, rather than trying to pre-legislate and think of all possible circumstances. Let's not define ourselves out of existence.
