It's a big deal because it's coming from a user whose best interest is in lower zinc prices, at a time when many "experts" are saying base metals are headed much lower because of global recession. There also had just been a sharp selloff in zinc prices September 6-15, and they're saying zinc will pretty quickly erase all that loss and more. They're much closer to the real supply/demand situation than pessimists like Stephen Roach, who has a horrible track record.
