Your friend with brain cancer would have just had the option to die here in the states - no guaranteed treatment to even wait for. See the difference? He would never have been mis-diagnosed, because he would never have been diagnosed at all.

All the people you describe would not have been eligible for ANY treatment here in the states, not even POOR treatment. Sounds like Canada works better than here.
