LIAR! Produce this so-called "tape". That is total phony baloney. Sudan never had OBL in custody and he was never offered to Clinton. You are totally full of it. Also, you are no conservative. Don't flatter yourself. Conservatives believe in ethics, morality and small government. You and the rest of the Bushies are just flat-out liars and cheats, as well as religious but un-Christian fanatics. Clinton never said such a thing because nothing of the sort ever happened. The only thing Clinton said was that in the mid 90's they ahd no proof yet OBL was behind the attacks so they couldn't arrest him. By two years later they did have proof and Clinton tried to kill OBL 150 times. I saw the Fox News expert panel including Sandy Berger discussing this so-called "offer" two years ago. They all concluded no offer was ever made except maybe at some low level in Sudan or Yemen. The offer never reached any high levels and would not have been taken seriously if it had been. If Sudan wanted to hand over Bin Laden, then would have contacted someone at a high level and made an official offer. And Clinton would have accepted it. That never happened.
