Maybe he listened too hard to Shortie from Iran, and Loopie from Venzeuela. I am not sure if I understand what you mean. What time frame were you refering to? For your info, when Clinton was president right up to 2000, Ahmedinejad (your "shortie" guy) was nowhere in the political firmament of Iran. He only became president of Iran in 2005. As for Chavez (your "loopie" guy), he first became president of Venezuela in 1998 and he was then very much a rookie politician. How these guys could have influenced Clinton immeasurably is beyond me. .
