To All -

The price has recently fallen from about 41 to 36.

Today I looked at the Lombard intra-day trading and noticed
that while small trades did result in price declines -
at about 10:30 A.M. someone went in and purchased 10,000 shares
at about 36 (change) WHICH WAS ABOUT 75 CENTS HIGHER THAN PREVIOUS TRADE. This order was clearly a purchase.

I have noticed *this* same process several times this weak
i.e. small trades lower price then someone goes in and buys
a large block - but did not pay attention to it until tonight.

Is this whats called "ACCUMULATION" ?

Regards,

John McCarthy
