It should be a clue that in spite of your contention that Sirius has lower churn, and that Stern is profitable Sirius actually loses more money than XM. Since Sirius is about a year behind XM in subscriber #'s one should compare XM's financials of last year to Sirius' estimated financials for this year. Sirius is on pace to lose much more money than XM lost last year. How is this possible if Stern is "profitable" and Sirius has "less" churn than XM?

Does seem like a real stumper?? Doesn't it.. Especially since you believe that OEM CPGA is higher than Retail. I mean if retail was higher, then that would go a long way in helping us figure out why SIRI's SAC/CPGA is higher than XM's. But, it is some folks opinions that OEM costs are actually HIGHER than retail.. So that really throws a monkey wrench into the equation..
