The problem is Bush has used up all our troops. We desperately need more troops in Iraq and Afghanistan but don't have them. So how is he going to attack anyone else? With bombs alone? And what will that prove? Clinton attacked Bin Laden and Saddam with bombs away but that didn't get the public stirred up.
