Gary Hart warned us about 9-11 type attacks before it happened. Hart-Rudman made the suggestions necessary to protect ourselves from 9-11 type attacks. The Bush administration didn't even pay attention. Bushies in general are not actually trying to stop terrorism. They feed off fear, terror and terrorism. Without terrorism they have no issues since they aer so incompetent and corrupt on every level.
