Me either, but my son is wonderful, and has done nothing with it. He has been winning awards since he was in second grade, when we moved to Allentown, he drew some diagrams of dissecting a frog, and the teacher said it was very a very good report, even if he had to trace the progress.

I went up to school immediately and told the teacher he did not trace any of the pictures, I watched him sit and DRAW them, (he was that good)...she all but accused me of lying and merely sticking up for him because he was my son. I reported her to the principal, and he called my son in to draw for him...anything he suggested, he drew. The principal was amazed and suggested he join the AP SENIOR Art class. He said he didn't have enough time...

This was also the school that told him to take remedial classes because he was coming from a Southern school..even though he was coming from the gifted and talented school and won the computer award for the school.

Do they think the Southern schools can fake test scores, the SAT, the ACT...etc???

Sometimes educators can be so dumb it makes you want to scream.

As Lewis Grizzard said when he was a sports writer in Chicago, he was often asked if "you people read?"
