Mr. Moose, I watched it live on TV and it was a press conference where he said "I didn't have sex with that woman ...". Small room with about 2 dozen reporters and he didn't want THAT question. Made that sissy fist when he answered. Now did he lie during a SOTU speech? He probably did but not about the sex.
