I note in your previous postings you're a long time Quicken user. How about TurboTax? Do you E-Commerce..I mean e-file?

I thought Quicken 5 was a dog, but Quicken 6 picked it back up.

While you may want Quicken to give you further investing tools (and I believe there will be more Internet investment tracking stuff in Quicken 8 according to their press release) it seems they will continue to concentrate on folks who don't know their keyboard from their portfolio (or what ever disparaging comment you made). Quicken has always gone after the novice user, trying to be the "killer app" for the home PC. Question is, how do you simultaneously make it (or any software) easier to use and more featured? How do you please everybody?

Problem for Intuit, they've pleased nobody: segment is stagnant (no new novices coming in), and existing users aren't upgrading (no compelling new features).

Please file this posting under the 85%.
