John Embry sounded perturbed about the CBJ/IMG merger. His fund is a large holder of IMG. He said that the mid-tier companies are fairly valued and that a premium of 30% for CBJ was too high. They should merge with no premium was my understanding of his position. The other thing he was ticked off about was not having a vote on the deal. He put it down to egos.
