Everyone enjoys lower gasoline prices. What was the price of a gallon of gas back in early 2001, anyway? Oh, here it is....it was $1.49. Ah, for the good old days....before the President's energy plans...and the republican congress... If we give the Republicans credit for the recent price drop, then they need credit for the runup too.....or are BOTH just the result of market forces outside anyone's control? eia.doe.gov
