You do get free upgrades if you buy version 1.54(Current Version) now. And to let you in on a little know secret: At CompUSA PeakJet runs $19.95 See, I've already saved you 30%. Also, the accelerating is only going to get faster. PeakJet works even better with 56K modems. I cannot wait to someday in the future try it on a cable modem! My point is that PeakJet 2.0 and beyond will be rapidly evolving to help meet your browsing needs. The most important thing to look at when evaluating this company is that they know currently they are a one product company and with as fast as technology is changing that one product could be obsolete in 1 to 2 years. It is for this reason they are aggressively going to launch 2 new products in the next two months in areas where there is no competition and they will probably win Comdex with NetMagnet(one of the new products), just as they won Comdex last year with PeakJet.
