Just because someone has the power to do something, like overcoming professional judgement by fiat, doesn't mean it is wise to do so. Case in point, Dubya. I was wrong. Both you and the author of this need to be watered once a week. A dumber line of reasoning is hard to fathom, and shows the sort of reality disconnect that got us in Iraq in the first place.
