Perhaps I am not really technically minded but we now have basic hybrid cars. Why couldn't we add a solar panel to the roof of the cars, thus increasing the mileage and reducing the need for oil? Some days we would need more fuel, but many days we would need less. Bio oil can be mixed with diesel, and we could perhaps start making all cars diesel hybrids? Anything oil fired could be transformed to the mix of bio/geo diesel cutting down on emissions and increasing the amount of fuel we have available.
