The Pentagon Is BROKE, says LA Times. After nine months they have already squandered their entire budget for the year, almost all of it in Iraq which has become a huge black abyss where they pour our money. In fact, they borrow it from communist China then spend it. And it keeps getting worse.

The LA Times says Rumsfeld has been told that he either needs more money from congress or must withdraw troops from either Iraq or other stations in the world.

This is a failed defence policy by a terrible inept commander in chief. Contrast with the way Bush's father knew how to run a military campaign. Black and white.
