Until dividends increase dramatically in the patch, energy will be traded.

Call it naive but never really truly understood how hated this industry is in New York and Toronto until this summer. Cash flow? earnings? futures strip? fundamental arguements? cash on hand?

All meaningless this summer.

What's the point for some of these companies being public at all?

M&A take outs at 30%, 40%, 80% premiums are not enough.
