fivedollar/ With due respect I personally have difficulty in accepting the hyd "had a significant interest in MDH.A" I realize there's a SIGNIFICANT difference between "HAD" and "HAS" - maybe I'm mistaken with my read. As far as I've been able to determine both companies do share a common director - PETER LYLICK, Hyduke's CFO & Director. On Sept. 24 I called MDH.A and chatted very briefly to MDH.A's contact - Donald Barber. I asked him if he knew of Hyduke and he indicated no real knowledge. Now, as indicated above............ maybe I'm totally mistaken but wouldn't YOU (and ME) think a company pooh-bah would know about some other company which reportedly "had a significant interest"? I asked for current information to be sent out so hopefully that will clarify possible significant interest holders. Also, fwiw........... by various reports, including info. from MDH.A conversation, the shared director noted above is an extremely capable individual.......................... Speaking of EXTREMELY CAPABLE INDIVIDUALS - Kerm's top-notch and doesn't deserve to be pounded on. Arnie has already addressed my sentiments. Keep the information flowing but please keep it accurate - I'm trying to do the same. Happy day eh.........
